Delete my account

Kubbord gives each install an anonymous account. Deleting it removes, from our server: your account and Kubbord ID, your nickname, your recipes (private and shared) with their photos, your ratings and comments, your reports, your scan counts and your subscription record. Everything stored on your phone is removed when you uninstall Kubbord or clear its data.

In the app

Settings, then Delete my account. You'll be asked once to confirm.

Without the app

Email nightshiftstudioapps@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my account" and your Kubbord ID (shown at the bottom of Settings). If you no longer have the app and don't know your ID, tell us roughly when you last used it and any nickname you used, and we'll do our best to find it. We delete within 30 days and confirm by email.

What we keep

• Backups clear within about 30 days.
• Records we must keep by law, such as subscription and tax records, for as long as the law requires.
• Copies of shared recipes that other people saved to their own private collections.

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a Kubbord Plus subscription; cancel it in Google Play, Payments and subscriptions.
